The Nooner:  Your noon time quickie.  Get in. Get out. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe. Based on our Power Vinyasa class, we'll rock your whole body with an hour of vinyasa and leave you energized for the rest of your day.  Class is heated between 75 - 80 degrees.

Yin Yoga:  This class provides the perfect balance to our strong and active yang practice.  Each yin pose is an opportunity for you to find balance with effort and ease as poses are held for 2 - 5 minutes.  These long held floor poses combined with breath and meditation takes the load off of the superficial muscles and allows you to target the dense connective tissues often found in difficult to open areas such as the hips, pelvis, shoulders and low back.  Class is unheated and is suitable for all levels and beginners.

Power Vinyasa: The heart of our classes and teachings.  Power Vinyasa is a fluid and athletic yoga sequence consisting of sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, backbends, arm balances and inversions that synchronizes the flow of conscious breath (ujjayi), precise movement (asana), and focus (drishti) to increase body and breath awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, confidence, self-acceptance, and more.  Room is comfortably heated between 80 - 85 degrees so you can cultivate true tapas, internal heat and self discipline to purify and strengthen the mind and body. 


Each power vinyasa teacher brings his/her own style and experience.  Nikki’s background is rooted in the Baptiste Power Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa methodologies.  Tina and Alison both are trained in the Baptiste Power Yoga method.   Kevyn’s background is rooted in the Core Power Yoga method. 


What all of us have in common is the connection of breath to movement which encourages a practice of meditation in motion.

Meditation:  This class is free of charge and open to anyone regardless of age, experience, or belief. We will explore the various techniques often used for meditation. These simple and effective breathing exercises, visualizations, and also movement based meditations aid to release mental, emotional, and physical tension. Gain a greater sense of peace, happiness and clarity through mediation.

Open Studio:  During open studio time, the instructor will be teaching from their mat... meaning they will be practicing with you and calling out poses with minimal talking so you can explore in your own body the energy of the pose.  You're also welcome to do your own practice and your own sequence.  Come bask in the energy of the group and still have the freedom to explore your own body... you’ll discover there is no right way or better way to practice.. just the way that works for you.  **NOTE:  Not recommended for you if this is your first ever yoga class.  It’s recommended that you take at least 5-10 classes with us before attending open studio because detailed explanation or hands on adjustments of the postures is most likely not offered if the teacher is practicing with you.
