This comprehensive weekend training program with Nikki offers a deep dive into the art of hands-on assisting for yoga teachers. It's an opportunity to enhance teaching skills, refine assisting techniques, and strengthen connections with students.

The training is suitable for yoga teachers, current teacher trainees, and graduates, focusing on developing confidence in tactile approaches, sharpening observational skills, improving verbal assists, and exploring a range of techniques based on anatomy and biomechanics.

The skills acquired will be applicable to various asana categories, including Sun Salutations, standing, seated, supine, prone poses, backbends, twists, inversions, and arm balances.

The program is tailored for both novice teachers aiming to build upon foundational knowledge and seasoned teachers looking to revitalize their expertise. Participants will leave equipped to assist classes with skill, safety, and confidence.

Additionally, graduates gain access to "Elevate Your Teaching". This digital resource and community platform enable yoga teachers to collaborate, support each other, and pursue professional growth.

Nikki’s YTT was one of the most significant experiences of my life!  I loved the immersion style so that there were no distractions and we practiced teaching everyday so it established a solid foundation when we finished the program. I felt fully prepared to teach after completing her program. I also loved the details of each pose where Nikki provided variations for various body types and/or injuries.  Most importantly I learned so much more about myself, I felt challenged in my current perceptions, and I expanded in my personal yoga practice for the better. She fully invests in her students. She is the best of the best and you won’t regret it.
